Sobre o Projeto

Awarded to the company Manuel Francisco de Almeida, SA, for the value of 667,235.44 euros + VAT, this work started on April 1, 2014 and aimed to create a direct access route to the future Science and Innovation Park in the Municipality of Ílhavo, as well as access to the west of Coutada, thus benefiting the circulation and, consequently, the safety of residents.
The PCI Access Road is composed of a road with two lanes, one in each direction for motorized traffic, a parallel cycle path for the circulation of cycles and pedestrians and service access to the rustic properties existing in that area and also a viewpoint with privileged views the lagoon zone.
The access to the site was insufficient and only for urban and residential use, not allowing the circulation of larger vehicles, so the PCI Access Way representing now an indispensable infrastructure for the good sustainability of accessibility to the PCI.
